About me

 

I grew up in Vienna and studied International Business Administration. Even during my studies, one question stood out to me:

How can processes, workflows and organisational structures be designed in a way that truly works in everyday operations – for the company as well as for the people working with them?

Today, I am based in South Tyrol, working on topics related to process and project management. My focus is on making complex processes understandable, making interdependencies visible and shaping change in a way that works in day-today operations.

Through my personal and professional connection to Austria, I am ready to support projects there. Depending on the project, this can be on-site in key phases or in a combination of in-person and remote collaboration.

Why I Work with Processes

I am interested in how organisations actually work – and why processes in practice often evolve differently than originally planned.


In complex organisations, structures develop over time that are often historically grown, but not always well aligned.

This is where my work begins: making processes understandable, creating clarity across structures and shaping change in a way that works in everyday operations.


Working at the intersection of business, organisation and IT, my role is to structure complex workflows, bring together different perspectives and create a shared foundation for decisions.

Strategic programme planning and project management for a company-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation – including project setup, coordination of parallel workstreams, stakeholder management and vendor selection. 

Procurement Process Optimisation

Restructuring and documentation of global procurement processes – including SAP change management and global key user trainings.

Process Design & BPMN Modelling

Analysis, design and modelling of core internal processes (e.g. material master creation, purchase requisition) using BPMN standards – including documentation and training.

Process Strategy & ISO Documentation

Development of a company-wide process management strategy and setup of process documentation for ISO certification in close collaboration with international teams.

 SAP Rollout & Test Management 

 Planning and coordination of SAP rollouts – including resource planning, cutover and go-live management as well as coordination of testing phases.

Management of a structured ERP selection process – including definition of evaluation criteria, analysis of proposals and recommendation to decision-makers.
